When I was a kid, I use to open the television remote and play with it. Later on that interest take me to this field and enhances my curiosity to know about it. I always ask some basic questions that how can a thin plastic board with green color or pattern would command the electronic appliances? And how it is made? After doing a little research, I got some results, and here are those for you which will tell you the manufacturing, quality of the PCB.

PCB stands for printed circuit board which is an electronic unit used to make faradic connections. It is usually used in cell phones, computer system, electronic appliances etc.

The PCB is valueless if it haven’t attached to the assembly, so before starting the flow of information, let us understand the PCB assembly.

What is PCB assembly?
When a PCB attached to the electronic component, then the whole unit refers to the printed circuit assembly. There are several technologies which can attach the electronic board with the PCB to remove the resistance in the work and make the smooth flow of commands. Not all the type, but only the quality PCB will remove the barrier of electronic command. Let us understand about the excellence and quality PCBs.

Quality PCB
There are lots of printed circuit board services or manufactures claims that they fulfill all the needs of the PCB, but only some of them provide the quality which is actually holding the authenticity. Manufacturing of PCB?
A manufacturer uses the pre-peg material in thin layers or pre- impregnated with adhesive material to make multi-layer circuit board. For core material they use the very thin double sided board like e-proxy fiberglass, with the layer of copper coat on each side. Not only material, but there are two methods to make the desired number of layers. In which the famous one or the older one is core stack-up method.

Step-4- Time for copper plating
Step-5- The image creation
Step-6- Generating the pattern plate
